About the Author

I'm avid Wisconsin sports fan, especially Packers and Badgers football.  Some of my best memories involve the Packers and Badgers, whether watching them from home or being in the stands.  Packers football is an amazing tradition unlike any in professional sports in the world.  If they weren't so successful, it would be easy to say that they're a relic of a bygone era, one where success was about winning games, not making money; an era where winning was not about buying championships; an era where the smallest city in the league could be among its royalty.  That's a pretty special thing.

Irrational Cheesehead is about bringing the love of Packers football and all of the passion and emotion that comes with it, but then recognizing the inherent homer-bias that all sports fans have.  We've got a lot to be proud of as Packer fans, but we've got to be honest with ourselves about the team we love.
